Either you’re in or out basic on who you are related too or friends with. If you’re not on the in crowd it will not matter how hard you work. Management will not care or recognize you. Long hours because everything is unorganized. High turnover and constant reorganization resulting in problems not being solved. Everyone trying to make process easier for them adding work to other departments.
