Pros
Environment: Brightway is a large business with a Small business feel. It is not uncommon to see the owners of the company in the building, involved in meetings/events and/or walking around thanking team members for their hard work.
Opportunity: Those who work hard everyday (not every once and a while) and are patient will succeed. New jobs are posted everyday!
Pay: I am very satisfied that I am paid fairly at or above market for my role.
Fun: We have a team called the Fun Committee who organizes tons of activities/days/events. For example, our company has paid for us and a guest to go to multiple local sporting events, zoo outings etc.
Cons
Brightway is still growing. Nothing is perfect but I am confident that leadership cares and is doing what it takes to make our work life professionally opportunistic and fun.
