Pros

The training is great! There is always someone there to answer questions. The leads are helpful and patient. I love I am able to work from home. The pay is good and they pay for your 20-44 license. My trainer Lisa is amazing!! Seems like the leads and other who have been here for awhile are still happy. I look forward to growing in the company.

Cons

Nothing so far. You do get a little nervous amd frazzled in training taking phone calls but that goes away woth time and leads are always right there to help you. You are never just left to figure it out alone while in training.
