Brilliant Earth's mission is great, and some of their products are really special. The company is made up of many smart, young, and fun people, which helps getting through the busy days.
Cons
On the Operations team in particular, this company faces extremely high turnover. On the small team, nearly half the employees turn over in a year. Nothing has worked to stop the turnover, and the department as a whole is understaffed. The expectations are unnaturally high for uncompetitive compensation and benefits.
