This is one of the worst IT Company. They are destroying their names and reputation in the IT market day by day. Their management does only body shopping. Their best policy to give false promises and hope to their formal employee. There manager is not up to the mark and not even 10% technical. They bring lot of internal politics and realigns while hiring and firing FTs. They just dominates the employee or the software engineer who is at receiving end. Their greediness is increasing day by day so they are losing the customer also. They have to improve the higher management and employee trust.
