Client centric. Learning is promoted. Backing from Bain capital can help company to grow.
Cons
Frequent reorgs show company don’t have clear vision. Low compensation and appraisal process is always messed up. They delay the appraisals every year and come up with great reasons for doing so. Role based structure was implemented without actually defining roles clearly. Mid management is always clueless and weak- they are never well informed. Toxic culture- no trust and no empathy.
