Pros

Work Culture is great no work pressure and flexible timings. High Visibility to Top Performers when you compare with bigger IT Services Companies. Right size to ensure a stable job while also providing high growth opportunities. You will get to work on different technologies. Learning opportunities are great. Good salary and hike to the new joinees

Cons

Salary structure and hike are not that great for the previous employees. Overall environment of the organisation looks boring in terms of fun at work, extra benefits.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
