Cons

This is an offshore India company trying to make it in the US market. There is zero culture here. Literally just use exploited Indian work to get contracts for cheap and use a couple onshore people to be the face of communications with clients. Zero structure to the company, the design studio is legit a free for all with the blind leading the blind. All design managers complain about the company rather than actually being managers, definitely unqualified to be in leadership positions.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
