Pros

Nice place for freshers. I joined through campus placement and was trained well before deployment The learning curve is steep initially, but that's what makes it exciting, We even get access to advanced tools and technologies. Overall atmoshpere is good, work-life balance is maintained and the pay structure is excellent.

Cons

From the strat. you are given actual responsibilities, and it can feel like a lot to handle initially but it brings immense learning.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
