Pros

-Pay is okay -I've heard the health benefits are decent, although I don't use them

Cons

-No opportunities for advancement -Poor training -No materials to learn from, you just have to learn something and remember it. -HR department is the lousy -Was told of the terrific tuition assistance assistance program (5500/yr). But when i went to use that benefit a year later, they told me they no longer offered it, and it had ended two years ago, before my interview. They had given me outdated materials in my new hire packet! The HR lady wouldn't even reply to my tuition reimbursement form. Had to hear from my boss, even though he had just found out too. -Cheap company -Want to squeeze every ounce of work out of someone but don't want to pay your for it -Not proud to work here -Extremely high turnover

Pros

The job is easy and we’re closed if the banks are closed, the insurance benefits aren’t bad either

Cons

Management is a nightmare, they will throw you under the bus at a moments notice. They tell you to do things against company policy and when they’re caught you get into trouble for it. HR? A joke, I’ve gotten verbal threats of bodily harm from my supervisor for small mistakes that I end up fixing because she can’t be bothered to do her job and HR will not email me back. I’ve tried going to the branch manager and he just makes excuses for her. We have 10 hour days 5 days a week because she refuses to do her job so we have to pick up the slack. We also only have 6 people doing the work of 10 on a daily basis because they’re cheap and won’t get more equipment and hire more people.
