      Moving up in the company is very possible you just have to want it and go for it. take advantage of the free education they provide.

      Pay can be an issue its a little on the low end but can change at a very slow pace

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
