      There are no pros when it comes to working for Bristol Farms. Coworkers are allright but no recognition for hard work at all.

      Cons

      This company does not give out raises at all. Even if you are a hard worker and reliable they will give you a review and lie about you and give you pathetic scores to avoid giving out raises.

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
