      Mostly everything because constantly trying to be a Costco or Whole Foods but no clear direction given to accomplish goals and a lot of nepotism and sexism at every level

      I always got full hours even when I was part time.

      Cons

      Unnecessary stress for a job that should not consume your life. The locations I’ve worked at all employees (ESPECIALLY OPS) act like high schoolers
