Pros
They taught me the fundamentals well and were willing to answer my questions nicely. They were flexible with scheduling and treated me as a person, not a machine.
Cons
I felt like many things other people could do were pushed my way, having me do too many tasks at once. Management tended to be hypocritical and sometimes unfair.
