Regulars tend to be nice people - did not have many negative customer interactions.
Cons
Working environment can be negative, toxic. Management doesn't pay too much attention to what's happening. Understaffed and overworked. Small training period, I was left alone to man the juice bar and cafe by myself in my first few weeks.
