Needs more struture - Office Assistant Broad Management Group Employee Review

No structure at main office, they are always out on holiday. They see the residents only for money, no real customer care. No training for on site team members. Disorganized and they do the bare minimum. NO employee appreciation. Unless you are of their faith, you are not being promoted in getting a raise.
