Business Outlook
Pros
The best part about BMI is the people. Everyone works with such integrity, which is a breath of fresh air in comparison to other companies I have worked for. People really care for each other and the mission of the company. Also, the fun music perks are always a plus too! Lots of fun events during non covid times.
Cons
Not really a con, but things are a little unclear with the return to office policy. This is to be expected though because of covid.
