-Twice workload, tighter deadlines (8 weeks became 6 weeks), overhaul in efficient work environment to a disruptive one after acquisition -High deductible health insurance plan (cost savings for BRCM) -New office will be much smaller and is no longer private like a cube (your screen can be seen from afar)
