Pros
Great smart people at Broadcom. There is a sense of accomplishment and a roadmap for the future.
Cons
Avago bought Broadcom and disected the company. There is no more future for the employees. Everything revolves around the stock going up. They will do anything to make the stock go up. This is good as a shareholder. But as an employee, the company will abuse you.
