Pros
- open to all kind of work... - lots of good exposure if look around and ask - many senior people to learn from - very flexible in work life but lots of work at same time
Cons
- lots of senior people who are settled in work - looks difficult to move up - managers are technical but inexperienced on managing staff - many times execution is short term driven based on product being worked on
