Pros
Intelligent and driven people to work with. Pretty good compensation. I made extremely close friendships with a few coworkers.
Cons
CEO before Hock Tan was very ruthless and power hungry. Top priority was making profits and staying in control of power. The company is extremely large and not very good at making individual employees feel valued besides your compensation. Your job satisfaction is very dependent on who your manager is. I never felt passionate about the culture or company values.
