      Broadcom acquires CA technologies to expand to the software market. Since then there have been huge cost cuts. The salaries and bonuses are better than with CA.

      Cons

      No hiring in Barcelona for Customer Experience in the near future.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
