I work in Broadcom for two years and this Sales Team rocks better than any rock band.We are hard working and laser focused to deliver our internal sales targets that we crush literally every quarter. You are the kernel of the Digital Sales Organisation meaning you are the self starter within Broadcom that can make decisions that generate amazing profits. No secret that Broadcom's shares are doing so great with a strong track record fact.The Top Team and Leadership Team in Prague work meticulous together. Amazing environment and no holding hands but we do help each other on a daily basis.Did you ever wanted to work close with Partners ? Well this is what we do on a daily basis to serve the end-users of our great portfolio that has a plethora of excellent products.And i do not forget the celebration of diversification as we are all from different backgrounds in our team that we respect. This is the culture that we have created and over 1.5 years we did not perform under our sales target. This is clearly a position for winners and doers!
Cons
It would be nice to have a sales kickoff every year especially when you work so closely together with others in the rest of Europe. We always move fast forward and yes that momentum is not always comes in times that we choose but it explains the high paced environment that we work in so better pull up your -A -Game in Time Management. Challenges are what make life interesting in all perspective and overcoming them is what makes it meaningful at the job. What i mean is you are either cut from the right wood to take the pace or not. It is as simple as that.
