      Pros

      There is some benefits. Good location.

      Cons

      Regarding Israel's site. Significantly worse attitude than it was in CA technologies. Company politic to employees is not good (no company trips, bad birth vacation, doesn't want to help employees....)

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
