      Pros

      Hock Tan is a visionary leader. Good pay and benefits. RSUs are nice.

      Cons

      They are constantly redefining roles. They are minimalists (i.e. can't use MS Office products, only Google (Docs, Sheets, etc.)). No raises in 3 years.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
