Good work culture - freedom to learn new stuff while delivering on daily deliverables. Flexible work from home policy (this may depend on the team function). Reasonably well paying company.
Cons
Foreign travel policy is not great. No per-diem sort of arrangement but only settlement of bills on presentation.
