      Pros

      Comp is great. They lean heavily on RSUs which worked out really well recently as the stock price skyrocketed.

      Cons

      Hock (the CEO) is really down on remote work and basically doesn't allow it except for special cases.

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
