      Good pay and good work hours.

      Unclear yet. They removed a lot of staff and benefits, so the transition period hasn't been the best, but no serious cons yet.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
