      Pros

      WFH. Shuttle transportation. Nice premises. A lot of parking allocation. Convinient location.

      Cons

      Company left the country so I am currently unemployed. Thus not a lot of growth. My run was not that long though.

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
