      Industry leading company that responds to customer demands quickly.

      Cons

      I am on a successful project, so the customer demands can result in long hours because of the number of customers that are using our product. Since company is so customer focused we tend to be reactive rather than proactive.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
