Pros
If you can survive any of their acquisitions and provide steady value from them, their benefits pkgs seem decent.
Cons
If you are one of their many M&A acqusitions your likely to be on any one of a number of layoff rounds. Also, their playbook 101 of that firm is to take their service licensing, jack up the pricing and infuriate those customers until they leave, but in the meantime milk every additional dollar out of the firm for those services until they can (which in some cases can be years to do so).
