      Pros

      The benefits and stock options are great.

      Cons

      They tore Vmware apart. We lost a lot of talent and the process was messy. Adding on the customer dissatisfaction and forced RTO the place is miserable. I suggest avoiding, this is NOT the original VMWARE culture.
