Everyone on the Broadway team is extremely friendly to work with and intelligent. No politics. Plenty of opportunities to excel and demonstrate your potential. High quality product that is continuously evolving. Management is very transparent with the operations of the company. Day to day work is challenging and there is never a dull moment. It is a hard working culture although they are also flexible when it comes to your personal life as well.
Cons
No real cons. There is a steep learning curve but that's often hard to avoid when it comes to a fast moving company offering these types of roles.
