Pros
There's no shortage of interesting work at Broadway, and management is generally happy to step back and let you do it -- as long as you're getting things done no one is going to spend their time watching over your shoulder. The company is in high-growth mode, so there are frequently new opportunities available, including in other areas of the company if you're interested in a different role. Work-life balance is generally good, there will occasionally be a bit of a crunch but you're never expected to just work long hours for the sake of showing that you're working a lot, and people are very respectful of PTO.
Cons
Normal small, fast growing company things -- processes aren't always documented thoroughly, it's not always clear exactly who is responsible for what, etc. Nothing major.
