Broadway continues to take great care in hiring extraordinary people, which makes for a very enjoyable environment. The technical work is interesting and well-managed.
Cons
High-visibility work. You need to be self-driven but also willing to ask for help when you're stuck. (Those aren't really cons; just a note to people who prefer companies where they can hide away in large teams.)
