Pros
Teamwork all the way! I couldn't be happier with the team that I work with on C2. Nobody makes you feel like you're less of a person because you aren't an RN. You can put yourself on "the list" and be put "on call" if the patient census is low. You get paid 3$ an hour to be on call.
Cons
When you float to another floor (C3 looking at you), the nurses and aides sometimes look down on you and/or give you the harder hall or task and little support.
