Good bonuses, good coworkers, good management

Cons

Unstable at times- didn't know which provider you'd be working under even though you're "assigned" a provider, a lot of staffing changes in short period of time

Great benefits, PTO accrual, generally a lot of resources for support if needed

Cons

Extremely strict attendance policy, work/life balance, dismissive management and lack of communication & staying up to date in matters involving FMLA
