Pros

Bronson offers great benefits, even for part time roles. I got started as a part time employee and had all the same benefits that I have now as full time.

Cons

My managers aren't very involved, and there isn't any coaching or employee development. Training is done by current employees that also don't have very much experience.

Great benefits, PTO accrual, generally a lot of resources for support if needed

Cons

Extremely strict attendance policy, work/life balance, dismissive management and lack of communication & staying up to date in matters involving FMLA
