Bids team managers, one who can't make a decision to save his life and the other who spends all day talking about her mundane life.... Together they are both inadequate. Management will walk all over people once they are no good to their sales figures. The validity of the business lies on the strength of one or two contracts which they will lie through the teeth to keep. Any companies accepting bids from this company should actually hold them to the claims they make and see what happens... Not the fault of bid writers who do a great job but of senior management who twist figures and make fantastic promises with no intention of delivering...
