Pros
They offer good training and invest in new recruits which is a shame because they cannot retain staff due to the disposable way they are treated once training ends.
Cons
They make it impossible to earn decent commission compared to most companies in recruitment because they continuously move the finish line and there are some terribly incompetent branch managers.
