Pros
Well known company and a great training programme both as an inductee and on-going. The 4 years I spent at Brook Street gave me a great foundation to develop my career in internal recruitment.
Cons
Too much focus on numbers and KPI's, very low base salary for the industry, confusing and frequently changing bonus and compensation scheme, no parking provided for the majority of consultants throughout the business. Can be very cliquey, colleagues being promoted based on how well liked they are rather than talent or hard work.
