Terrible - Consultant Brook Street Employee Review

Staines branch: Terrible management, dont know how to support or train their staff, people leave before even being there for a full year, incorrectly pay clients/ customers and staff ALL THE TIME. Salaries and commission is awful. MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE MAX, they never let you prove yourself they always jump in and think because they have been there longer they know best. they do nothing for their employees unless your favorited and there is no progression path whatsoever you literally have to wait for someone to leave in another office to move up to branch manager and that it may not even be commutable so your stuck.
