Pros
Very thankful to have been hired here during the pandemic, and got to make my way up to be promoted twice. Former managers and team leaders were supportive and understanding and made you feel heard. Progression is normal here and it's a job that keeps you busy.
Cons
Constant changes within departments that result in managers coming in who aren't equipped for the role or who hold a very toxic mindset. As in any recruitment role, if you don't hit your KPI's, you're out, so not good for somebody with anxiety. Expect to do overtime for no pay, very low pay anyway with bare minimum benefits (bonuses and commission) and another company who tell you they care about "mental health" but will be quick to try get you out the business if you show any form of weakness due to personal circumstances.
