Pros

Brooksource truly invests in all of its employees and pushes them to strive for the best. Lead by an incredible office culture, we celebrate each other's wins and pick each other up in rough times. Leadership teaches with constructive training and guided approaches to success that really do pay off to better each individual in their career. Brooksource is a true career home for me, with unlimited potential for growth. Couldn't think of a better phrase than "If you can dream it, you can do it" because the ceiling of potential is nonexistent when you really put your mind to it thanks to the trust and support from leadership.

Cons

Of course the pandemic is a challenge for us all, but the company has done an amazing job to keep culture high in working from home.

Pros

This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.

Cons

The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years. Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
