A lot but just to point out a few highlights:
- Executive management brought us back into the office in June of 2020 when COVID cases were spiking even though everyone was doing fine working remotely. They did close the office until 3 people had gotten COVID putting 60+ workers at risk.
-Insane culture. I had a lot of cringy moments at this company where people were telling me they "loved me" constantly, forcing conversations that didn't need to be forced, and saying good job after almost everything.
-Culture was a mask for low pay, poor benefits, and LOW commissions. Recruiters you have warned the commission structure here is by far one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. I was not a top performer at Brooksource at all and made $50K in my second year. After working at another agency I made $50K in commission alone in my first 8 months.
-A lot of "boys will be boys" and "frat boy" culture. Take that as you will.
