Pros

Other techs seem to be good people

Cons

Late payment, payment was supposed to be by electronic transfer. Three weeks into a project, I received a paper check. Electronic transfers did not start until week three. Project managers do not like to be confronted when they are wrong. If you do this, they will lie to get you out. I was accused of an incident when it was the management that made a mistake in the first place. When I confronted the nurse that filed the complaint, she informed me it was because management had not notified her that we would be deploying in her area that day. This was allegedly my fault, and they used it to terminate me. Disabilities will be used against you. I have a heart condition and needed to attend a few doctor's appointments. I was told that this was grounds for termination, when I brought up ADA, they made another accusation as grounds. These are not good people in general. This is not a company you want to work for.

Pros

This company relies on growth from within, so if they see potential in you, they will help you get to that next level. There is always a huge support system around you at all times.

Cons

The amount of support can quickly turn into micromanaging, and promoting from within is great until you start protecting those who earned their title sheerly through tenure or a 'good ol' boy' system. Also, the pay is abysmal. They pay you the absolute minimum in salary and the rest is based off of commission, so even the best reps can lose everything on a clients whim, going from making almost $200K a year to $30K in the blink of an eye. They say they have protections in place for that but that's only for the people who earn the company millions of dollars for 4 consecutive years. Also, there really is no such time as a work/life balance here. They throw parties to make you think you do, but if you are out on PTO you will still be judged by your KPI's while you were out, and they expect you to pick up the phone, regardless of if you are on vacation or at your grandfathers funeral. "Still gotta keep you numbers up!"
