This job was a slap in the face as I started my post-college career. It was sold as a "fun" opportunity, and I felt like a perfect fit, but as I settled in, that turned out not to be true.
Very competitive environment, which some people like, but it's not my cup of tea. I felt very sad and discouraged all the time. It's so much new information to learn at once, and after the first month, I felt like the management team set me up to fail so they could get rid of me.
Their headquarters and new employee training were fantastic, though. It could be a good fit for some people, but not for me. I was a high performer in college, but this was a rude awakening.
