Pros
Wonderful Christian atmosphere, great opportunity to serve others, dedicated to bearing one another’s burdens, some real gems among the staff.
Cons
Certain teams and mgmt run on pettiness, you hear them complaining over the walls, very contradictory to company ideals/off-brand. Brings down morale. The same groups put on a good show for upper management and no one listens to the people who try to point it out/have someone hold them accountable. Work/life balance encouraged but criticized after the fact. Hard to know who says what they mean and means what they say.
