-Senior and middle-level management always enforces company's mission and values in day-to-day operations -People are passionate about what they do -High ethical standards -Work-life balance is incredibly healthy - no one will expect you to stay to work past 4.30 -Company is very generous regarding time-off once one has worked there for a while
Cons
-Some unqualified middle-level management. In most cases, employees get appointed to managerial positions due to a lot of experience and despite the lack of ability to lead effectively.
