Poor Leadership from Executive Management - Anonymous employee Bruker Employee Review

Business is currently contracting and multiple layoffs over the past year have left morale low. No communication from executive management about the state of the business continues. Executive and senior staff with many years of experience have left the company. Core business plans are to outsource engineering (not a joke) and continue to outsource manufacturing with only "core" technology being remaining. However, some "core" IS being outsourced. With no project management at the company, project timeliness constantly slip.
